These Terms govern your access to and use of ClickNest (the "Service"), a campaign management and analytics platform for Facebook (Meta) advertising. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

ClickNest lets you connect your own Facebook ad accounts and Pages and use them to launch, manage and measure your own advertising campaigns. You are responsible for the campaigns you run and for complying with Meta's advertising policies and applicable law.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may only connect Facebook assets that you are authorized to use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by violating Meta's Platform Terms or advertising policies, attempting to access data that is not yours, or interfering with the operation or security of the Service.

Data

Your use of data accessed through the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your connected accounts only to provide the features you use.

Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific advertising results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickNest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or Meta's policies.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
