ClickNest ("ClickNest", "we", "us") provides a campaign management and analytics platform that advertisers and media buyers ("customers", "you") use to launch, manage and measure their own Facebook (Meta) advertising campaigns. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address and login details when you create a ClickNest account.
- Facebook / Meta data, with your authorization — when you connect your Facebook account, we access your own ad accounts, Pages, pixels and campaign performance data (such as spend, clicks and conversions) through Meta's official APIs, using the permissions you grant.
- Usage information — basic logs and diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use data
- To let you create, launch, edit, pause and manage your own advertising campaigns through ClickNest.
- To show you real-time dashboards of your own campaign performance and return on ad spend.
- To provide support, maintain security, and improve the reliability of the service.
We access each customer's data only to operate the features that customer uses inside ClickNest. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service (for example, Meta's own APIs) or where required by law.
Data storage and security
Access tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest, and access is restricted to the systems that operate the service. Each company's data is isolated from others. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Your choices and data deletion
You can disconnect your Facebook account from ClickNest at any time, which revokes our access. You may request deletion of your ClickNest account and associated data by contacting us at the address below; we will delete it within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law. You can also remove ClickNest from your Facebook account settings under Business Integrations.
Meta Platform Data
Our use of information received from Meta APIs follows Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use Platform Data solely to provide and improve the features you use, and we do not use it for unauthorized purposes.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
